My Formula 5000
A big-bore formula car and sports racing driver almost since he began
racing in 1961, Eno DePasquale will be back on the Can-Am trail for
several races this year. Last year, he campaigned a Lola T163 in
SCCA National events, placing third in the Northeast Division A
sports/racing standings, winning his New York Region’s class title and
setting a new lap record at Pocono International Raceway. He also won
the New York region A sports racing title in 1972 and raced the Lola
T163 in three 1970 CanAms. DePasquale won the 1969 New York
Regional Formula A championship in a car built by his EDP Enterprises
and competed in several National Championship events in 1970.
